The “One” Moment
@ 7m16s: The four movements of Bruch’s “Scottish Fantasy” for violin and orchestra are based on Scottish folk tunes. At this moment in the first movement (based on the melody from “Thro’ the Wood Laddie), young violinist Stefan Jackiw plays with spontaneous joy. He graduated from Harvard and New England Conservatory in 2007.
